The COMPANY, in compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant Cypriot legislation (as amended and in force), manages the personal data disclosed to it with the greatest possible care, ensuring, in any case, the protection and privacy of them.

Each order processing requires the collection of personal data, for delivery or booking of an order. Also, the use of a credit card, for the charging of which you need identification documents of the legitimate holder for the first and only time, is ensured in every case by the electronic environment of the respective Bank. Time period: The COMPANY will try to satisfy any relevant request of the USER within 30 days. However, the deadline may be extended for specific reasons relating to the specific legal right or the complexity of the request.
Restriction of access: In some cases, the COMPANY may not be able to provide access to all or some of the User’s personal data on the basis of legal provisions. If the user refuses access, the user will be informed of the reason for the refusal.
Non-identification: In some cases, the COMPANY may not be able to retrieve the personal data of the USER due to the identification information you provide in its request.
